Refund policy

  • Commitment: We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

  • Return Window: Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. No return requests will be accepted after 7 days.

  • Exchanges: We do not provide watch exchange services.

  • Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the watch must meet the following conditions:

    • In excellent condition and completely unused.

    • Returned with its original box.

    • Accompanied by all original accessories, cards, and all items included with the product.

  • Non-Eligible Returns: Returns will not be accepted if the watch has been used, damaged, is missing any accessories, or is returned without the original box.

  • Change of Mind & Color: Returns or refunds are not accepted due to a change of mind or a change in color preference after order confirmation, as the product is prepared and shipped according to the customer's confirmed selection.

  • Quality Assurance: All products are carefully inspected before shipping and are made with high-quality materials to ensure durability, elegance, and reliability for daily use or special occasions.

  • التزامنا: نحن ملتزمون بتقديم منتجات عالية الجودة وضمان رضا عملائنا الكامل.

  • مدة الإرجاع: يمكن إرجاع المنتجات خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، ولن يتم قبول أي طلب إرجاع بعد مرور 7 أيام.

  • الاستبدال: لا نوفر خدمة استبدال الساعات.

  • شروط أهلية الإرجاع: لكي يكون المنتج مؤهلاً للإرجاع، يجب أن تتوافر الشروط التالية في الساعة:

    • أن تكون بحالة ممتازة وغير مستخدمة.

    • أن تُعاد مع العلبة الأصلية.

    • أن تكون مرفقة بجميع الملحقات الأصلية والبطاقات وكافة المحتويات المرفقة.

  • حالات رفض الإرجاع: لن يتم قبول الإرجاع إذا كانت الساعة مستخدمة، أو متضررة، أو ينقصها أي من الملحقات، أو تم إرجاعها بدون العلبة الأصلية.

  • تغيير الرأي واللون: لا يُقبل الإرجاع أو استرداد المبلغ بسبب تغيير الرأي أو تغيير تفضيل اللون بعد تأكيد الطلب، حيث يتم تجهيز وشحن المنتج بناءً على الاختيار المؤكد من قبل العميل.

  • فحص الجودة: يتم فحص جميع منتجاتنا بعناية قبل الشحن لضمان المتانة والأداء طويل الأمد، سواء للاستخدام اليومي أو المناسبات الخاصة.
